Haal or ḥāl (Arabic, meaning "state" or "condition") is a special-purpose, temporary state of consciousness that results from unseen influences.
Haal is also a trio of doom from and based in Singapore, consisting of 'Ariff Imran (guitar & vocals), Haffidz Razak (bass guitar), and Nisman Wong (drums).

In 2016, Nisman and 'Ariff came together to form what would become Haal. With both members being rooted in the hardcore punk/crust scenes, the idea was to maintain the realist themes essential to those genres but deliver them in a deeper, heavier, groovier format.
After much experimentation and multiple line-up changes, idea finally took form. With much joy, we present to you our work.
